邱铁博士,天津大学计算机学院教授,博士生导师,IEEE高级会员、美国计算机协会ACM高级会员和中国计算机学会CCF高级会员、计算机系统结构专业委员会委员。曾在美国爱荷华州立大学(Iowa State University)电子与计算机工程系作访问学者(2014-2015)。主要从事物联网技术、智慧城市与移动计算,智能大数据分析等相关研究工作。目前为国际期刊IEEE Transactions on SMC: SystemsElsevier Ad Hoc Networks等五个国际期刊编委,并担任过多个国际学术期刊的客座编辑。作为多个国际会议的大会主席、程序委员会主席及程序委员会成员。编写并出版专著及专业教材9部;现已获得授权国家发明专利10项,计算机软件著作权3项。已发表学术论文100多篇,部分论文发表在国际著名期刊IEEE/ACM ToN, TMC, TKDE, TII, TITS, TVT, TCY, COMST, COMMAG, IEEE IoT Journal等期刊和IEEE SMC, ICC, ACM MobiHoc, IEEE GlobalSIP等会议上,其中8篇论文被列为ESI高被引论文 (Top 1% Highly Cited Paper, SCI库中引用排名前1%的论文)。完成企业课题5项,主持国家自然科学基金2项。

  •  智慧物联网技术:采用机器学习或智能演化算法,对大规模感知物联网的自组织及数据传输进行控制与优化。
  •    智慧城市与智能交通:研究智慧城市中的车联网技术,对根据智能交通信息,对突发事件进行紧急调度,并能维持智能交通高效运行。
  •    移动边缘计算与社交网络:移动智能节点边缘计算与优化,社交网络及社交大数据分析
  •   大数据分析与云计算:针对物联网中的云平台上的大数据,进行分析和建模,能够对有效的数据或事件作出快速响应
  •    智能化分布式区块链技术:针对智慧城市中的大规模移动物联网架构,研究智能化分布式区块链技术的建模及优化方法。
